Our customers have choice of tester speed from 20MHz to 400Mbps and chamber temperature from -60℃ to +150℃ depend on the device application. Customers can configure chambers as required – from one to 32 BIBs in each chamber. Our Automated Burn In Test Systems can be configured with a myriad of thermal control options and are highly flexible to address our customers' concerns about cost of manufacturing and operational efficiency.

Privacy Policy

Neosem Inc. (hereinafter “Company”) has the following policy in place in accordance with the Act on Protecting Personal Information, to protect personal information and rights and interests of users and to address the problems of the users in relation to personal information. The information of customers is valuable assets of individuals, as well as important materials for the company operation. We therefore commit to making the best efforts to protect the customer information in all the processes of the company operation. If the policy on processing personal information is amended, the Company will notify thereof on the website.

Chapter 1. Process of consenting to the collection of personal information
The company established a procedure where you may click “agree” or “do not agree” button under the policy on protecting personal information or the terms of use. If you click “Agree”, it is considered that you consent to the collection of personal information.

Chapter 2. Objective of collecting and using personal information
The Company uses the personal information for the following purposes. The personal information which has been processed is used only for the following purposes, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of the use is changed. 

A. Name, identification, password: The process of confirming the intent to become a member, preventing undue use of service, identifying the frequency of access, identifying the identity of the user under the membership service system
B. E-mail address, phone number (to verify whether the user wishes to receive information): Delivering the information to be informed, confirming the intent of the relevant person, securing a well-functioning communication channel to address complaints etc.
Providing information on events and advertising information and providing opportunities for participation, identifying frequency of access, statistics on the user service use 
C. Address, phone number: Obtaining correct addresses to which goods and free gifts are delivered 

Chapter 3. Providing the advertising information
A. The Company will not send advertising information for a commercial purpose, contrary to your express intent not to receive information. 
B. The Company also notifies changes in the terms of use, other changes in the service use, new services or products, events, other product information, through e-mail, cell phone text messages, other electronic communication methods, etc. The express requirements under the law and the method of notification thereunder will be followed.
C. When the advertising information is sent through e-mail etc. to introduce product information and for other online marketing purposes, 
we will ensure that the information is clearly indicated in the title and contents of the e-mail, so that you would easily recognize that the e-mail is from us.

Chapter 4. Scope of collecting personal information
Most of the contents may be accessed freely without a separate procedure of joining the membership. If you wish to use the membership service, please enter the following information. 
A. Items of personal information to be collected: Name, e-mail, date of birth, ID, password, gender, address, cell phone and landline number, whether the user wishes to receive e-mails and text messages, record of service use, access log, recipient information (name, phone number, address, e-mail)
B. Method of collecting personal information: Becoming a member at the homepage, bulletin board, etc. 

Chapter 5. Period of retaining and using the personal information 
The company will immediately destroy the relevant information after the objective of collecting and using personal information has been achieved.
The following information, however, will be retained for the specified period for the reasons below.

- Information items to be retained: Name, log-in ID, password, e-mail, date of birth
- Reason for retaining information: Preventing recurrence of undue service use by misbehaving users
- Period of information retention: One month

When the personal information needs to be preserved in accordance with the relevant law, the Company retains the personal information for the period specified under the law. 
Period of retaining the record on addressing consumer complaints or disputes: Three years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

Chapter 6. Procedure and method of destroying personal information 
The Company in principle destroys the relevant personal information immediately after the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved. The procedure and the method of destruction, and the date by which the personal information should be destroyed are as follows. 

- The process of destruction
The information entered to join the membership etc. will be transferred to another database after the objective thereof has been achieved (information on paper will be kept in a separate document file). The personal information will be retained for a specified period if there is a reason to retain the said information under the internal policy and the relevant law. (Refer to the period of retaining and using the information). The personal information transferred to another database will not be used for another purpose unless such usage is required under the law. 

- The date by which the information should be destroyed
After the period of retaining personal information expires, the relevant personal information will be destroyed within five days of the date when the said period ends. If the personal information became unnecessary because the objective of processing the personal information has been achieved, the relevant service is no longer offered, the business terminated or for other reasons, the personal information is destroyed within five days of when the processing of personal information is recognized as unnecessary. 

- The method of destruction
For information stored in electronic files, technology will be used so that the record cannot be reproduced.

Chapter 7. Measures to procure safety of personal information  
The company is taking necessary measures as below to procure safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Act on Protecting Personal Information.

A. Minimizing the number of personnel handling the personal information, staff education
We designate the staff to handle personal information. We take measures to administer personal information by limiting the handling of personal information to the said staff and minimizing the number of the staff.

B. Encryption of personal information
For the personal information of the user, the password is encrypted for the storage and administration, and only the user himself knows it. For important data, separate security measures are taken such as the encryption of files and transmitted data and the use of file-locking function.  

Chapter 8. The staff in charge of protecting personal information 
The Company is making the best efforts so that customers may use the information safely. The staff in charge of the personal information is as follows, who responds to inquiries related to the personal information promptly, in good faith.

Chapter 9. Receiving comments and addressing complaints 
The Company values comments from our members, and the members are entitled to receive responses to your inquiries in good faith. We are operating the customer service center to facilitate our communication with members. 

The real-time and phone consultation are offered only during our business hours. The consultation through e-mail and mailing will be answered faithfully within 24 hours of our receiving the request, but requests received after the business hours, on weekends and holidays will in principle be processed on the following day. 
Our measures for the misappropriated personal information are as follows. 
1. If the Company discovers that a user became a member etc. by misappropriating the personal information of another person, we will take necessary actions such as suspending the service use for the relevant ID and terminating the membership.
2. If a user who discovers that his personal information has been misappropriated requests the suspension of the service for the relevant ID, or the termination of the membership, an immediate action will be taken thereof.

Chapter 10. Duty of notification
This policy on processing personal information begins to apply on the date when it comes into force. If this policy changes and there is an addition, deletion, or correction thereof pursuant to the law and the policy, we will notify you thereof by seven days before the change takes effect, through our notification.
